The problem
Mass email tools burn your domain and read like templates, while writing every message by hand does not scale past a handful of people.
The approach
- 01Connected sending to the user's own Gmail account so mail goes out from their inbox, with their own reputation and voice.
- 02Built an AI layer that rewrites one base message for each recipient instead of merging a name into a template.
- 03Put an approval step in front of every send, so nothing leaves unread.
- 04Added sending controls: rate limits, daily caps, send windows, suppression list and unsubscribe handling.
- 05Wired reply tracking so responses land back in the Fanout inbox for follow-up.
