There was no team, product brief, or existing system to follow. I had to decide what an operating system for a solo business should actually remember, how finance and marketing should work together, and where AI was useful instead of decorative.

I turned the idea into a two-engine architecture with one shared memory, taught myself the stack as the product demanded it, and worked through data modelling, AI orchestration, payments, security, and a full interface rebuild.
